Issue 21 | May 4, 2018 | Grand Reopening: Let’s Work Together!
I’m delighted to announce that I’m officially back from maternity leave. I’m so grateful for the support and good wishes I received from clients while I have been off-duty. Thank you!
Baby Benjamin arrived in mid-January, right on time. He’s cute, he’s big, and he’s sleeping like a champ (…most of the time). Now that we’re a bit more rested and enjoying the services of an excellent nanny, I’m back in action with freelancing. Marsh Consulting is officially open for business.
And if by chance you’ve pined for a monthly email to remind you how important content is, pine no longer – the monthly newsletter is officially back in production as well. Thanks for being part of it!
In good hands
In the time I was away, a lot happened. Having a baby is a very particular kind of event, and things rarely go according to a specific plan. I’ve been lucky enough to be in good hands at every turn – from the health care my baby and I received, to the friends and family who kept us going when we needed support, to the ever-growing list of professional staff who are keeping the house from falling apart. (Looking at you, pest control and plumber that I paid yesterday…) When I considered the overall experience of this period of leave, I realized how much I appreciate being in good hands. When you need help, you need it to be capable and reliable. And hopefully, pleasant to work with.
And that gives me a unique satisfaction in re-starting this business, because I view it as my responsibility to be “a pair of good hands” for you. It’s my job to bring your projects to life and help you produce the best content you can.
So…what can I help you with? As you look ahead to the quieter summer months, let me know if there are projects on your to-do list that need some good hands. I look forward to working together soon!
